We operate a 24/7 program facilities in Windcrest, TX - Bexar County, Nanticoke, PA - Luzerne County and Brevard County, Palm Bay FL. . All positions are on site. We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Child Care Worker I provides safety, security, nurturance, and supervision to adolescent girls/boys living in a residential facility. Develops a therapeutic relationship with staff that will enhance teamwork and the quality of the work environment and assists in the implementation of the organization’s mission, goals, and objective. This is a full time or part time position.
Child Care Worker II provides support to the supervisor with the team while ensuring safety, security, nurturance, and supervision to adolescent girls/boys living in a residential facility. Develops a therapeutic relationship with staff that will enhance teamwork and the quality of the work environment and assists in the implementation of the organization’s mission, goals, and objective. This is a full time or part time position.
Conditions of Employment:

Full-time workweek consists of a rotating shift, all days of the week, for thirty (30) to forty (40) hours per week.

Available shifts 10 hours, 12 hours, and 14 hours.

Substitute position is part-time, covering for full-time staff on leave.

Some travel required for children's appointment and activities.

Work is normally performed in the residential home environment.
